Renee Baranek
Two 3-hour classes Monday & Wednesday of same week, 4:00–7:00pm
Session 1: September 27, 29
Session 2: November 15, 17
Learn how to easily craft a fabric rug using a “toothbrush” as your tool.
This is not braiding or crocheting, it’s a technique beginning in Sweden and used by the Amish. It’s easy on your hands and wrists, so if you have trouble crocheting rugs, this is for you. During the first class, you’ll learn about choosing the best materials, a quick and easy way to make your fabric strips, as well as joining your pieces with no sewing.
You can finish a rug in 8 hours if you wish, so this is a fast way to create a custom-colored rug to warm the tootsies of those you love!
